Refund policy

RETURN/REFUND POLICY published at www.shopfriscofringe.com:

We hope you love your Frisco Fringe items! If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know so we can help! We accept returns for store credit or exchanges in size (if size available) only. We reserve the right to inspect all items if/and before store credit is given. 

Return Conditions:

  • Non-Returnable: Gift cards, jewelry, any reduced-price items or merchandise marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned. Products with pet hair, cigarette smell, stains of any kind or signs of being washed will not be accepted.

  • To be eligible for a return:  your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused and unwashed, and with original tags still attached. You’ll also need the packing slip or proof of purchase. 

    • Purchases must be returned within 10 business days of the time you received it.

    • To start a return, contact us at shopfriscofringe@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Customer is responsible for return/exchange shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. These items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at shopfriscofringe@gmail.com and forward photos of any damages/defects.

Refunds for Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your items, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shopfriscofringe@gmail.com.
